I did this picture yesterday after not really drawing much other than random pen drawings and the comic for ages and I had to look at it afterwards and go...

'I'm not meant to be able to do this...'

I mean I shouldn't be able to draw this well...I haven't exactly been practicing unless drawing pen sketches during lectures count.

I know I should be happy but I'm just seeing the bad right now. Lately I've had trouble sitting down and drawing a lot and if I suddenly revert back to how I was I'll just start comparing my stuff to this and make myself feel incompetent. Maybe I'm just overreacting...

Anyway I hope you like this pic and any comments are welcome...

By the way the thing in his hand is a slinky in case you didn't realize :P

Slinkies are sort of rare things to see so they're not really that easy to draw or guess. I admit I didn't exactly grasp the drawing of it well but I don't think there's a world of more I could have done with it.
